Alison Wareham graduated from Durham School of Podiatric medicine in 1992. Since then, Alison has had 27 years working in the NHS Heath Road Hospital as a Podiatric Specialist. For the last 12 years has been Ipswich Town Football clubs 1st Team Podiatrist.
She enjoys treating all foot conditions, skin and nails and foot pain biomechanical and sports issues of the foot and gait analysis. Finding the use of shockwave, orthtoics and k tape very effective in the treatment of heel pain.
Julie graduated from Durham School of Podiatric Medicine in 1991 and started working at Heath Road Hospital in the outpatients as well as in the specialist Diabetes unit. She has experience working clinics in rural areas and towns, in the NHS and private practice.
Julie joined The Ipswich Foot Clinic, at Gilmour Piper, in 2007 and has an interest in verrucae using a diverse range of treatments from dry needling, hyfrecation, cryotherapy as well as chemicals. She also carries out general foot care.
Laura graduated from Huddersfield University as a Podiatrist in 2004 and has worked in the NHS and private sector since. She has experience working in the diabetic foot clinic at Ipswich hospital and more reently treating a variety of foot conditions at the foot surgery centre. Her main areas of interest is nail surgery and verruca needling but enjoys every aspect of her job as a podiatrist treating all foot conditions.
Ali has been working as a Podiatry assistant in the NHS for over 30 years managing difficulty to cut nails and diabetes assessments. She is married with 2 delightful daughters and loves swimming. Ali can offer nail care for people who have thickened, brittle and difficult cut nails. The cost of her appointments are less than with a podiatrist for nail care. There is the reassurance that all instruments are autoclave sterile.
Alix graduated from the University of Southampton with first class honours in Podiatric Medicine in 2017 and completed a Masters in Theoretical Podiatric Surgery. Currently working at Ipswich hospital as a clinical specialist podiatrist, his aim is eventually to become a Podiatric Surgeon. Alix’s main interests within Podiatry are foot pain, injection therapy and ingrowing nail surgery. Outside of work his hobbies include football, rugby and cycling.
